2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to allegation, the accused persons assaulted the informant and her husband. The specific allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he inflicted assaults on the head of the informant's husband. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, the allegations against him are general and omnibus.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10406 of 2025(4) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 in this case. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection withMadhuban P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
