The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 291 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of elopement with the daughter of the informant.
Mr. Ravi Shankar Sahai, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the statement of the victim girl present at Annexure-2 submits that the girl had accompanied the petitioner on her own volition and whereafter they have got married and the matter stands settled in between the parties which is manifest from Annexure-3.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing, let the petitioner Sanjay
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4958 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 Ram in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 291 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
