The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the informant sides are accused in connection with murder of brother of Rampukar Singh and in order to put pressure, the

He further submits that other coaccused, against whom there is allegation of assault, has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3567 of 2020 and so far as these petitioners are concerned, there is no overt act against them.

Considering the fact that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Motihari East Champara in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
