1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No.435/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, for the reason that the deceased died within an year of marriage though it has been submitted that she committed suicide, on which, the learned APP Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad submits that petitioner being husband created condition conducive for the victim to take the extreme step of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12412 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 ending her life. The learned APP further submits that the F.I.R. is of the year 2019 and the petitioner at his leisure has moved this Court in the year 2025 seeking anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
