This petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed for quashing the order of the learned Magistrate as well as the order of the revisional Court by which the complaint filed by the complainant was dismissed under Section 203 Cr. P.C. The revisional order passed by the learned Sessions judge in Cr. Revision 167/13 dated 17.5.14 has been enclosed from which it appears that revisional Court after proper appreciation of the facts of the case as well as law has rejected the revision filed by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33331 of 2015(2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 the complainant, against the order of the learned Magistrate dated 9.9.13 by which the complaint filed by the complainant was dismissed under Section 203 Cr. P.C.. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this petition which is filed under garb of second revision.
