Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 pending in the court of learned Special Judge Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Sitamarhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
