2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 369 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged in the FIR that the deceased went with Binod Barbayak and thereafter his dead body was recovered. The petitioner is the father of Binod Barbayak and except for suspicion there is no material against the petitioner who is in jail since 01.09.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10698 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/concerned Court in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 369 of 2024.
