1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "(i) A Writ of Certiorari for quashing the enquiry report and consequential second show cause notice dated 07-10-2016 (signed on 06/10/16) as the petitioner is prejudiced on the ground that despite repeatedly asking for the relevant documents, same has not been supplied till this date whereas the Inquiry officer has submitted his report in contravention of the provisions as contained u/s 17 of the Bihar Government Servants (CCA) Rules, 2005

Patna High Court CWJC No.19126 of 2016(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 petitioner may be issued.

(ii) Consequent upon quashing of the same, a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to proceed the present proceeding strictly in terms of the provisions as contained in the Bihar Government Servant (CCA) Rules, 2005 by supplying the relevant documents demanded by the petitioner which are necessary for preparation of his defense may be issued. (iii) Any other writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions as the facts and circumstances of the case may require and deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court may also be issued."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
