The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada P.S. Case No.1393 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

8 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2020. The petitioner has already remain in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, namely, Soniya Choudhary is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IInd-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S.
