Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P. S. case no. 122/2010 registered under section 304B of the IPC.

Taking into consideration that petitioners happen to be brothers of husband of the deceased and husband of deceased has already been admitted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 15.02.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. no.39612/2011, let the above stated petitioners, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
