Quarrel among the children playing cricket match appears to be the genesis of occurrence leading to institution of Dumra P.S. Case No. 312 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 307, 436 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The present case has been filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail, who is named in the First Information Report.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in course of investigation, no grievous injury has been found on the informant's side, which submission has not been controverted by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor

In view of the submission as above, and in view of the statement made in paragraph 3 of the application that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 312 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
