Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 8.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no 14531/2016 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 877 of 2016/ 15 of 2017 arising out of Bhadur P.S. Case no. 49/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Barh District Patna stands rejected.
