Petitioners are driver and khalasi of a truck bearing Registration No. DL 1GC 2159 from which 1638.720 litres of foreign liquor (Indian Origin) have been seized, for which they are under custody since 21.11.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition.

Consequent thereupon, petitioners Dulal Bhaumik and Vikash Kumar Mandal, respectively are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 2nd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Saran, in connection with Daudpur P.S.
