The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 505/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute between the father of the petitioner as well as the informant with regard to payment of dues of his father for which the petitioner had been demanding the same. It is further submitted that when the petitioner went to ask for the said money, the informant snatched his mobile and produced before police station. Considering the nature of allegation made and that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4962 of 2016 (3) dt.28-04-2016 there was some dispute with regard to payment of wages and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 505/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
