2. The petitioner, in the present writ petition, prays for the following relief:
"For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents authority concerned to fix the rent of the land which details are mentioned in Para 3 of this writ application under Section 18 of the Bihar Bhoodan Yogna Act, 1954 in accordance with law in favour of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.20322 of 2018(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 on amongst others."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that he shall be approaching afresh before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Hathua, District - Gopalganj in the next four weeks.
4. The State counsel as also the learned counsel representing the Bhoodan Committee submit that in that case they shall also be appearing and shall see that the matter be come to its logical conclusion.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach afresh before the concerned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Hathua, District - Gopalganj (Respondent No. 3) who shall after noticing all the parties including the Bhoodan Committee shall take the matter to its logical conclusion at the earliest preferably by 30.06.2026.
