JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by a judgment dated 11.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 8963 of 2018 (Chandra Shekhar Azad & ors. vs. The State of Bihar & ors.). Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 4 shall examine the case of the petitioners and pass the necessary orders.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation along with a copy of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.05.2018 before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.3729 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 3/3 today, which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 4 within eight weeks thereafter and in case, the case of the petitioners is found to be similar, the same benefit would be granted within a period of four weeks thereafter.
