JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016 registered under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are own relatives of the informant. It appears from Annexure nos. 2, 3 and 4 that wife of the informant had illicit relation with one Sunil Kumar and thereafter, she fled away with him and in his collusion after making conspiracy, recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. falsely implicating the petitioners accused in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.,-IV, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
