The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Dhanauti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307/34, 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant side are agnates and there has been case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the injuries which are purported to have been inflicted have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that it is only on account of earlier land dispute that the present case was lodged by way of taking vendetta against the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegation made and also that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Dhanauti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
