The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur SC & ST P.S. Case No.19 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 427 and 380/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1) (x)(xi) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Ms. Bela Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners with reference to the F.I.R. present at Annexure-1 submits that although these petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and although they are charged with abusing the informant but the allegation is omnibus and there is no specific overt act attributed to either of these petitioners. She further submits that although some of the accused are named with allegations but they are not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4811 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 before this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the omnibus nature of allegation found in the F.I.R., let the petitioners namely, (1) Satish Kumar Singh @ Satish Singh, (2)Bulbul Singh @ Sanjeet Kumar Singh, (3)Vimal Kumar Singh@ Vimal Singh and (4) Ramdev Singh in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing individual bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur SC & ST P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
