JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

It is alleged that 13 FIR named accused persons resorted to fire when one of the shots hit to the 12 years old niece of the informant who died on the spot.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of firing is not specific against the petitioners and during investigation, it has transpired that the firing was resorted to from the courtyard of Umesh Yadav.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13864 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Araria. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
