04-03-2020 The present petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner to modify the order dated 12-01-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52582 of 2017 to the extent of extension of time for surrender before the court below. By the said order, anticipatory bail was granted to petitioner and six weeks time was allowed to surrender before the court below, which has already been expired. The reason for not surrendering before the court below has fully been explained in paragraph - 3 of the petition. In view of aforesaid facts & circumstances, the modification petition is allowed and petitioner is granted further eight weeks time from today to surrender before the court below.
