JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Perused the letter no. 51 dated 28.02.2018 of Priti Verma, Additional Sessions Judge II, Gaya whereby and whereunder she has sought further more sufficient time to conclude the Sessions Trial No. 184 of 2016 / 464 of 2016 arising out of Bodh Gaya P. S. Case No. 154 of 2015 on the ground that uptill now only three prosecution witnesses have been examined and to secure the attendance of remaining prosecution witnesses processes including non-bailable warrant of arrest have been issued by the court.

Under the circumstances, further two months time is granted to learned trial judge to conclude the aforesaid Sessions Trial.
