2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 17.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10529 of 2019, wherein, with regard to the petitioner's claim for payment of salary a direction was given to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheikhpura to take a necessary decision in this regard within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Opposite Party No. 2 / the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheikhpura has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 4 thereof it has been stated that in

Patna High Court MJC No.509 of 2020(3) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 compliance of the order passed in the writ petition, a decision has been taken vide Memo No. 442 dated 07.02.2020, whereby it has been held that the petitioner is not entitled to the payment of salary as he is not similarly situated like that of the appellants of L.P.A. No. 63/2014. A copy of the decision taken on 07.02.2020 has also been annexed as Annexure A to the show cause.

4. In view of the above, I find that the Opposite Party No. 2 has complied with the order passed in the writ petition by taking a necessary decision with regard to the entitlement of the petitioner for payment of salary.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
