Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 678 of 2021 lodged under Sections 302/34, 120B of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 23.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10473 of 2022 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected granting liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that charge has been framed in this case against the petitioner which is annexed as Annexure-3. Learned counsel for the State submits that charge has

In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, XVII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No. 190 of 2022 arising out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 678 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
