The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner and one Dilipan Singh @ Dilip Singh that they demanded money from the informant for taking toddy and on refusal they abused the informant by naming his caste and assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on same and similar allegation Dilipan Singh @ Dilip Singh has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51601 of 2014.

No.5985 of 2015 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
