The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 408 of 2021 lodged under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that petitioner is gentleman, having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 09.11.2021. He further submits that his name is figured in this case only and only by the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. In the present facts and circumstances that the charge sheet has already been filed, petitioner is in custody since

No.11302 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 09.11.2021and having clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge IIIrd, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 408 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
