2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 520 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303 (2), 352 351(2) of the B.N.S. and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner with his brotherin-law (sadhu) and some unknown accused persons came at the door of the informant and with intention to kill fired upon the husband of the informant, however, the bullet could not hit him and the same hit on the wall.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The petitioner and the informant are own gotiya and due to dispute of ancestral property they

The present case has been filed after delay of two days of the incident. No injury has been sustained by the informant's side. Petitioner is a government teacher having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation of the present case.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 520 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.
