The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Total 10 litres of illicit country made Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 03.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
