2. The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties, who have knowingly, deliberately, wilfully and wisefully flouted the order dated 06.08.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10964 of 2018.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the aforesaid order dated 06.08.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10964 of 2018, has not been complied with by the opposite parties.

4. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 6, where it has been stated that vide Gyapank: 1165/Siwan, dated 17.05.19, annexed as Annexure-A to the show cause, final order has already been passed.

5. Considering the fact that the order dated 06.08.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10964 of 2018, has already been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present case.

6. If the petitioners are aggrieved with the order

Patna High Court MJC No.557 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2023 3/3 dated 17.05.19, t hey will be at liberty to challenge the same in a separate writ application.

7. With the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands disposed of.
