The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against this petitioner is that she obtained appointment as Employed Block Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated Matriculation marksheet and on inquiry, the same was found true against her.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner appeared in the supplementary examination in 1980, in which, she passed in 2nd Division and her Roll Code was 7305, Roll no. was 389, her father's name is Rash Bihari Pandey. In the certificate also it shows that petitioner has passed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11527 of 2022(3) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 Matriculation Examination in the year 1980 with aforesaid Roll Code and Roll No. in the Supplementary Examination of 1980. In the certificate Annual / Varshik has been crossed and Purak has been shown by the Board. It is further submitted that the Board is the custodian of all the certificates and as such, petitioner is not liable to be held guilty.
However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is direct allegation against this petitioner in this inquiry report that she got the aforesaid job on the basis of forged and fabricated marksheet. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
