JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 By the present petition, it is pointed that among others, the description/designation of respondent no. 3 to whom a direction was issued while disposing of CWJC No. 6735 of 2015 was inadvertently wrongly stated in the cause title of the writ petition, which has consequently been carried in the order dated 23.09.2015. Therefore, this modification petition has been filed.

2. Accordingly, let the order dated 23.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 6735 of 2015 be treated as modified to the extent that in paragraph 4 of the said order, the reference to "the Chief Engineer, Building Division, North Bihar, Patna" be read as "the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Division-1, Hajipur (Vaishali), (North Bihar)".
