The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aandar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/36/38/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 17.280 liters of illicit liquor from the brick kiln of the co-accused Mohan Yadav.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted by way of filing a supplementary affidavit that though the petitioner is accused in one case, but he is on bail in the said case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- 2nd cum Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with Aandar P.S.
