JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for ensuring running of the Anganwari Center at Chaupal Center, after the Government had sanctioned the same at Khawaspur, Center No. 28, Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, however, on account of efflux of time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the concerned respondent authorities.
