Petitioner is accused in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015 registered under Sections 399,402,414,120B of the I.P.C., 25(1-b)a, 26(II), 35 of the Arms Act and 20,22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The case diary shows that the witnesses have nothing whispered against him. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 21970 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
