The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 414 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354(B) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 13.08.2021 at about 4.30 pm, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner entered in the house of informant, assaulted and snatched her Mangalsutra and Ring. It is further alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant's Dewrani with leg on her abdomen and tried to terminate her pregnancy and also torn her clothes due to which she became naked. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Both parties are Pattidars and land dispute is going on and Title Suit No. 10 of 2011 is pending between the parties. Case and counter case. Counter case was lodged against the informant and others vide Dhaka PS Case No. 415 of 2021. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 414 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
