2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 326 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 761 of 2022.

3. As per the allegation, five named accused persons came to the biscuit factory of the informant. They demanded ransom and on denial, they attacked the son of the informant and a labourer Md. Habib and made them injured. Co-accused Sanjay Paswan hurled a bomb and Rajesh Yadav and Pun Yadav assaulted the informant with sword etc.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Sanjay Paswan has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14664 of 2024(4) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 regular bail by this Court under order dated 17.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. no. 13638 of 2023.

5. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the application stands dismissed.
