JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is that they participated in assaulting the injured as well as the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, stands rejected.
