JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 120B, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners were found in suspicious condition near the shop of the informant and subsequently, the shop of the informant was found to have been put on fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 13.06.2014, only on suspicion the complaint was filed on 18.06.2014 which came to be registered as a police case on 23.07.2014 and from the averment of the informant, it appears that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled.
