By filing this application, the petitioner seeks provisional bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.876 of 2013, arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.19 of 2013, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 302, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Danapur, Patna, on the ground of sudden demise of his son, namely, Sonu Kumar, who was admitted in IGIMS, Sheikhpura, Patna.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except this petitioner and one son of the petitioner, who is mentally sick, there

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5339 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 is no major male member in the family of the petitioner to perform the Shradh Ceremony of his son Sonu Kumar who died on 26.01.2017.

It appears that earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court four times on merit. I find no reason to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of provisional bail.

Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of provisional bail stands rejected.
