Petitioner seeks bail in Nagarnausa P.S. Case No.94 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot.

In the written report, it is alleged that police chased one Bolero pickup van and made search of the van and found articles as mentioned therein.

From the written report itself, it is apparent that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. First Information Report has been lodged against the driver and owner of the pickup van. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13538 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Aadhar Card and other documents found in the van. Petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No.94 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
