CASE No.21 of 2021 dt.03-08-2022 2/3 On 13.04.2022, the Court had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the parties have already entered into an agreement amicably resolving their dispute. Only the terms are required to be reduced into writing and implemented fully.

On joint request, matter is adjourned.

List on 20.04.2022."

Prior thereto, on 05.01.2022, the Court had passed the following order:- "Shri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that, in principle, decision for amicable settlement of the dispute stands taken. The terms also stand settled. Only they are required to be reduced into writing. As such, matter be adjourned by three weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the dispute stands resolved and the payments made. Statement accepted and taken on record.

However, the parties will endeavour to have the pending issues resolved amicably, and if necessary, file a subsequent petition on the same and subsequent cause of action.
