Patna High Court CWJC No.2915 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2 / 2 23-02-2015 The writ application of the petitioner is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2., the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Koshi Division, Saharsa that he will take cognizance of Annexure-5 filed by the petitioner as far back as on 29-6-2012 and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. It is rather unfortunate that the so called appellate authority has slept over the right of the petitioner for more than three years, which has unnecessarily created a litigation for no rhyme or reason.
The writ application is disposed of with the above direction.
