Patna High Court CWJC No.20661 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to quash the Notice dated 26.03.2016 (Annexure-4 herein) under the signature of Collector, East Champaran at Motihari (Respondent No. 4) to appear before the Court of the Respondent No. 4 herein on 02.04.2016 with reference to Khata No. 199, Khesra No. 849, Area 0.35 decimal, 1748 sq.ft. approx, Thana No. 25, Thana Kotwan in a proceeding under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and the proceeding thereafter."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
