Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

One pistol and two cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.10.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
