Petitioners seek bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015 registered under Sections- 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 18216 of 2016 and 15879 of 2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
