That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondents concerned to absorb the petitioners in the Animal Husbandry Department having experience of private animal vaccination worker since a long period, all of the petitioners are serving their duties at the rate of Rs. 4/ to 9/- rupees per vaccination of animal which is lowest payment to service."
