2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (East).

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13610 of 2025(5) dt.17-06-2025 2/2 regular bail which would be considered on its merits in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
