JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Baheri P.S. Case No. 188 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is alleged to have given four Tengari blows on the head of the informant.

The C.D. along with injury report has been received. The doctor has found two injuries on the head of the informant and the patient was advised for CT scan. No opinion was recorded with regard to the nature of injury. The supplementary injury report is also available at paragraph-56 of the C.D. wherein the doctor has found the injury simple in nature caused by hard and

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 188 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
