However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to approach the District Education Officer, Siwan, who shall examine the case of the petitioners and take final decision with regard to the entitlement of the petitioners for payment of salary within a maximum period of sixty days, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, along with a copy of the order of this Court.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed of.
