2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No 271 of 2023 lodged on 28.08.2023 under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution, arms has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 29.08.2023. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit in this case indicating that there is one criminal antecedent of the petitioner. On the earlier occasion, due to misinformation from the pairvikaar, statement with regard to criminal antecedent has not been filed properly.
4. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody in the Arms Act since about more than eight months.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of the present case, let the petitioner above named be granted bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-Begusarai in connection with Basantpur Bachhwara P.S. Case No 271 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) sachin/- U
